Best method of moving host

    Is there a best (simple) method of moving a WordPress site from one host to another? Specifically the content and how to move it across.

    I’m a little confused as to whether the simple and attractive use of the Export Site (and subsequent Import Site) function on the WordPress CMS screen is enough rather than the more complicated way of using FileZilla etc etc phpMyAdmin MySQL database etc ?
