• I’ve done a lot of research and investigated a variety of options for integrating my eBay and Amazon stores with my WooCommerce store.

My WooCommerce store is mostly automated, whereas my marketplace stores require a lot of manual effort when it comes to shipping, not to mention visibility is a challenge when it comes to order management.

My goal is to have WooCommerce act as the single source of truth for all online transactions and I believe I have found the Solution with LitCommerce.

Another big plus is the support which is phenomenal; the same cannot be said for some of the other solutions I’ve tested.

The support team has worked closely with me to help ensure the plugin is configured exactly the way I need it. My WooCommerce environment is highly customized which makes it difficult to find a plugin that can adapt to my workflows. The support team has gone above and beyond to understand my use-cases and find ways to make everything work seamlessly.

Now, when a purchase is made on eBay or Amazon, the orders automatically sync into my WooCommerce order dashboard with the marketplace order ID, allowing my orders to match correctly with my accounting software. The orders are then automatically submitted to the warehouse for fulfillment as part of my existing fulfillment workflow. Once the shipping information has been saved to the order, the shipping details are transmitted back to the marketplace and updated automatically. No more manual shipping and updates, and I only have to work in one system. Highly recommended for anyone doing high volume fulfillment across a variety of marketplaces and direct eCommerce sales channels.

If you’re on the fence or are still in the early stages of evaluating solutions I highly suggest you add LitCommerce to your shortlist.
