Best mail customizer plugin & fantastic customer support

I have tested a few different mail customizer plugins but none of them really worked the way I expected. Then I found Yaymail and it is just fantastic.

Moreover, the customer support was brilliant! Special kudos to Bruce who was 100% supportive!
