Best Kept Secret Plugin

This is an indispensable plugin for me when I’m in development and need to test user access and limitations.
I also have it on live sites for editors to do things like “Post as” for Facebook or “Tweet as” another user when plugins licenses are tied to specific user accounts.
I’m surprised this doesn’t have a 100,000 installs or more.
It’s like having a well kept secret that you want to spill the beans about.
