Best I've Tried So Far – but instructional content is lacking

I have tried (and purchased) both Mapfig and Mapify Pro, both of which turn out to be pretty limited. After a couple of hours, it’s clear WP Google Map Pro is delivering just about everything I have been looking for in a very smart presentation.

Clearly lots of great development work has gone into the creation of this most excellent product; however, like most plugin producers, insufficient care and attention is given to explaining how it works and how to use it. Although an earnest attempt is made, producing educational content is not something that is naturally within the domain of developers. Just because you built it – doesn’t mean you’re the best person to explain how to use it.

Just because a user parts with their $28 does not necessarily mean they are a happy customer. Without the necessary tools to learn how to use the product to its fullest potential, users will become frustrated, fail to adopt the product and will not be return visitors or vocal champions.

Just because you say it’s easy and straight forward, doesn’t make it so.
