Best I found so far!

Installed it, opened a template from the plugin list on the left panel.
1. I got impressed by the theme editor that opened.
2. It is easy and leaves the designing up to me without the need of technical expertise.
3. I can tweak about everything, text, boxes, colors.
4. I can rearrange the static template and save it for all pages! Why this is a important feature? The original designer of templates do not know what I need nor what I am building. Without this feature, WordPress is good for only 1 category of users, the rest has to adapt or use other software.

I have just installed the plugin and have not yet experienced any negative.
