Best grid photo gallery

Anyone have an opinion on the best image gallery to use in WordPress? Currently I use NextGEN but I’m lukewarm towards it. I’d love something that uses a grid format presentation, maybe color shaded in that grid box. Goldenfiddle has a great slideshow feature but then they use Drupal so maybe it doesn’t apply?
