Best GDPR solution out there and terrific support

After testing no less than 10 different GDPR solutions out there, I found Cookiebot the one that can achieve with less headache all of the requirements pointed out by the legal firm that audits our compliance.

The recurring scan (and subsequent automatic cookie list upgrade) is a must for compliance, since any new plugin or 3rd party service hosted content (videos, audios, multipage PDFs, maps…) will be adding not only cookies, but tracking pixels and other trackers that most of the other solutions don′t find out (and that will make your site non compliant without you having notice).

Providing the visitors an easy way to change or revoke consent is a highlight, too, as well as the proof of consent recording, required by the GDPR.

Multilingual ability was a must for us, and due to my inexistent JS knowledge I wasn′t able to make things work properly in regards to languages. Even more, we need to implement Basque language, and Cookiebot′s support not only helped me step by step, but they were happy to add the required Basque strings to their backend.

In a nutshell, great solution, superb support and fair pricing.
