Best Free Hosting to make wp-rss-multi importer work

Hi! I got several problems with the plugin cause it can’t get all the feeds rss but just some of them.
So i thought it was a problem of server.
I’m running on a Tophost server but i’d like to know on which server the plugin is workin fine…
