Best FREE form-maker that includes file attachments?

I’ve looked at a few, but being a bit of a noob I’m not sure exactly which would be the best form-maker pluggin for my requirements. I installed “Form Maker” to begin with, but discovered it has no file attachment (unless you pay to upgrade).

What about “Contact Form Manager”?

Does anyone else have any suggestions?
