• We’ve used various caching plugins, paid and unpaid. Although we don’t regularly use W3 Total Cache anymore, since our hosting provider has setup Litespeed on all our servers for free (I’m pretty sure some hosting companies will charge you for this). I’d still highly recommend this plugin.

    If a client isn’t paying for WP Rocket or Litespeed, then we’ll automatically try and add W3 Total Cache to the site. Decent caching is so important to site speed, and having a free alternative is just too good to pass up.

    If you don’t have a caching plugin, and you can’t afford to pay, then you should definitely be hitting that download button.
