Best Form Builder with Pay Pal integration

Is there a free form builder that will easily integrate with Pay Pal and allow me to set up a checkout “list” that has multiple options for possible sale items. For example I want my customers to all fill out the same form but then there are different items for sale. I just want a form that will allow me to sell multiple items but still use the same form. Does anyone know of a plugin that will allow me to do this for free? I would be willing to pay but which one (or two) are the best? I am not that good at diving into the code but could likely do it with a very thorough tutorial. Any help immensely appreciated.
