Best for Mobile Users

  • This is clunky for desktop users as they would have to log into Messenger or WhatsApp, on mobile, most people are always logged into these apps, so there’s not the extra steps a site visitor would have to go through. The popup window for WhatsApp works, but launches the login browser on desktop. So nearly there, but I suspect it has to be this way.

    Hello @bloohair For this reason we have implemented in the free version the option to display a QR, so that by simply reading it you can access the Apps from your mobile phone. However there is also the option to choose whether you want to open the desktop app or WhatsApp Web. Obviously we are aware that the best user experience is on Mobile. Thank you very much for your comments, we will continue to be attentive to the improvements that may occur and trying to improve Joinchat.
