Best email subscription

I am looking for a WordPress email subscription widget that I can add to my website https://lehighvalleywomansjournal.com. I currently just use a contact form, but I would like a subscription widget that may automatically stores email addresses to a list (spreadsheet). Also, one that can validate email addresses because so many emails that I receive then send out, bounce back. Also, if possible I would like it to be custom so I can change wording, color, font, etc. Thanks!
