• Unfortunately, I have to lower my 5-star rating because there are too many problems and it takes too long to go back and forth on the problems identified: some User Registration plugins are incompatible with each other, problems with user registration forms and broken links following plugin updates: security feature two factor authenticator does not work- 2 different experiences. The customer support department performs a decent job of replying within 24 hours, but I believe they could give customer concerns more careful consideration and testing before responding to reported problems (Because, every wait is time lost). Every time there is a problem, I have to wait and retest every feature for fear that an update or fix would damage something else, which has brought my website development to a complete standstill.`
