    Great product and great support from the team, way better than other SaaS products in the market. deep integration with WooCommerce and other WP functions that are helpful for agents and keeps the workflow efficient.

  • Hi, I would like to change the colours of the header and the button of the form (inserted with shortcode) on the “Support Portal” page, is there a way in the plugin or do I have to use css? Regards Andre
