Best customer support I’ve ever encountered

I really didn’t expect much when I reached out with a very specific problem regarding the flipbox widget in essential addons. I recently dealt with Elementor support before having to give up on solving an issue entirely because I didn’t have my pro license linked to the specific site I was having the issue on. Essential Addons support on the other hand, specifically Tracy, did everything she could to help me right from the start, and my issue was solved in just a few back and forth troubleshooting emails. I really cannot recall the last time I reached out to support and had such a perfect experience, without even having to be redirected to other support staff, truly a 10/10 experience.

For future reference: The issue I was trying to solve was adding a delay to the flipbox animation. The flip box animation delay can be achieved through the following CSS:
