Best Customer Service Ever

I had to get in touch with the plugin Author couple of times and everytime, they responded promptly. Not only that, if there is no feature in that plugin, they will also provide you with the details so if you are a developer, you can easily add the necessary details or else take it to your developer and get it done. I call this going out of the way to satisfy the customer. Much appreciated your help and I wish I could add 10 stars.
