BEST Customer Service!

I was stuck. Reviewed the support threads but there was not a one that addressed the same issue I was experiencing.
Figured I would post a question and perhaps, one day, it would be seen and answered. Often questions are unanswered and unresolved. Oh, not here! I had a personal reply with additional information within an HOUR!
Seriously, when I get this kind of reply, the developer gets 5 stars!!!
