Best chat plugin available

This is probably the best chat plugin currently available. Easy to set up, totally local, no need for third-party accounts, no advertisements, no limits. Yet it packs all the functionality and is totally customisable, i.e with a little theming I put it inside a Facebook-style sidebar.
