Best cart for the following…

I am wondering if anyone has an opinion on the best Cart to handle the following.

The ability to have the stock of a single item determine the availability and total price of other larger “bundle” type products that include the single item in question.

So say there is a product called mega pack that contains a drink bottle along with a bunch of other things. Changing the stock of the singular “drink bottle” to “out of stock” which is also available as a single product to purchase in a different category will also set the mega pack to “out of stock” as this single product is included in the pack of multiple products. Also changing the price of the single “drink bottle” will in turn affect the total price of the “mega pack” by the amount changed.

I am not expecting to get away with this without any dev, but am of course hoping there is a good base solution to start with.
