Best Caching plugin

Been using wp fastest cache for ages (bought the premium version many years ago) – works great and is the fastest whenever I tested vs much more complicated plugins (running ngingx with php-fpm on a wordpress site with loads of plugins).

Only the integration with qtranslate is not perfect (combine css and widget cache will break translation respectively sometimes through you back to the wrong language).
