    This is a great plugin, but the problem arose when the author post count stopped after the last update, it needs to be fixed.

    Moreover, Author Posts and Author Bio tabs have disappeared. Overall performance is satisfactory.

    Thank you for your response @molongui? It ?happened when I noticed?that one of my regular authors’ post counts stopped increasing, since I had installed a top five author widget it made it easy for me to understand that the post count was not increasing. I checked the theme first, then a last installed plugin but the problem remained the same. Then I realized that your plugin had a lot of updates in the past few days, so when I deactivated it, the problem was solved.

    I wanted to share screenshots with you but maybe there is no facility to load image here.

    Maybe that “top 5” plugin is picking the post count ignoring our numbers? If you go to Authors > View All, is the count displayed on the “Entries” column correct?

    That was exactly the first thought that came to my mind, and I immediately checked it as such, but the situation was the same. And that top five is not a plugin, it’s a theme built-in widget for author posts that I used as top 5.

    I see. I’ve just checked on our testing server and post counters are getting updated when an author is assigned/removed to/from a post. So it could be a conflict with either your theme or another plugin. Would it be possible for you to check for a plugin conflict? Here you have a support article on how to do that. If not, do you have a staging site we can use to look into it?

    Well, I will check this in more detail. I have been working on it for the past three days and one point that came to my mind is that it might be due to RTL. Sorry, I don’t have a staging site.
