Best approach when re-designing?

    Hi,

    It may be a obvious thing for some of them but for my part, it is a bit of question – I would like to re-design my blog that is change the CSS and stuff but my blog is live so I cannot make the changes on it directly. What is the best approach here?

    Copy your files onto your computer and do it from here. How do I get the dynamic pages to work correctly though?
