    Ok, I’m a developer and I know that there are a lot of plugin like this but the layout, the integration with WordPress and the usability are really bad.
    This plugin integrate himself in WordPress ui and it work very well.
    Maybe the name of this plugin must be “ultimate user avatar manager”.
