Besides WhatsApp does it also send an email?

Can I use any theme with Woocommerce?

Can I translate to Portuguese? Or is there already a Portuguese translation?

    Hi @riggsba

    Thanks for your questions.
    Here are my answers:
    1. Unfortunately, the plugin can only send WhatsApp messages.
    2. You can use any theme, but the ones which have an ajax feature embedded in the Add to Cart button on a single product page might have an issue when clicking the WhatsApp button. I have put the potential fix into my update list, though.
    3. The plugin is completely translatable. As for now, there are only English and Bahasa Indonesia. If you want to translate it, you can easily find the .po file inside the languages folder. Use Poedit to translate it as explained very well here: https://publishpress.com/blog/using-poedit-translate-wordpress-plugins/

Hope my answers can answer your questions.

Have a nice day and stay safe.

I appreciate your answers, just one more question. The plugin does not send email, but with this plugin, Woocomerce still sends the standard emails? Because then I can use your plugin associated with Yith request a quote.

    Hi @riggsba

When an order completed (after the thank you message appears on the checkout page), then WooCommerce will automatically send order details through an email to you as the store owner and the customer.

But keep in mind that the email trigger is the order complete.

If you show a WhatsApp button on a single product page, shop page/loop, and Cart page (including through a shortcode and floating button), WooCommerce will not send an email when a customer clicks on the WhatsApp button on the respective page.

The plugin doesn’t change anything what WooCommerce normally does. It only extends some features.

One note from me, when a customer completes their order, WooCommerce will send an email to you and the customer, and with OneClick Chat to Order, you can also show a WhatsApp button on the thank you page (after order completion), with which that customer can click and send their order details directly to you via WhatsApp.

    Hope that helps.

    Thank you.
