Hi – I am setting up an industry knowledge hub. Advice appreciated

Q: Can someone explain whether the listings can be linked to Account Profiles and for in the following way?

    >3rd-party Users would register (set-up) an Account Profile, which could be defined as either Experts, Buyers, Sellers and be searchable by categories, sub-categories and key words.
    >Administrator would provide certain pre-defined categories within the Profile to be selected.
    >A profile would be searchable under categories, sub-categories and key words (skill set, industry, geo-location)
    >Profiles could message one another and manage their messages.
    >A Profile could set-up Job Listings (posting) which contain a description of the requirements pertaining to a job following a pre-defined template.
    >Job listings could have pre-defined attributes the Profile would select from to describe status and other standard attributes. These attributes would be searchable under categories, sub-categories and by key-word.

    Thanks / David

    Hi David,

For the listing of jobs with specific data points, this can be done with our Form Builder addon.

BePro Listings does not currently offer user role management. If interested in receiving a quote to create this feature, then contact us via our website

    Hi – thanks for response

I do not understand your reference –

“BePro Listings does not currently offer user role management”

What do you mean by “user role management”?

Do you mean that Account Profiles (Members) cannot set-up Listings and associate Listings with their account profile?

Can this be done with BuddyPress which uses BePro as an extension?

    Thanks / David

Yes, users can manage listings from their buddypress profile.
