Bento not mobile friendly

I’ve spent many hours developing this theme (and am happy to find it.) But I failed to check the mobile look. It only displays about 1/8 of my website.
I checked the manual and the support page and did not find any help. One thread seemed to suggest that a plugin might be to blame, so I tested every plugin that might be involved with no luck.
I do hope you can help since I looked long and hard for this theme and now have over 100 hours into its development.
