Bento Expansion Pack

    Today WordPress notified me to update the Bento Theme and the Expansion pack plugin pack. When I did it, my site crashed with an error message:

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function satori_option() in /home/.sites/70/site9198514/web/wp-content/plugins/bento-expansion-pack/includes/ep-functions.php on line 15

    I went back into my dashboard and saw a notice requiring me to migrate the Bento Theme Options into the Customizer view. So I did that. Is that what the problem was?

  • same problem, Expansion pack updated from source above, successfully activated, BUT, now site doesn’t load, it’s just a spinning wheel on screen

    Hey, @piea,

    Please update the Expansion Pack using this source (completely remove the existing version of the plugin and install it anew) and refresh you web page – in case the issue is not fixed at that point, please let me know and I will investigate further. My apologies for the inconveniences!

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. As you are their customer I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
