You have a great plugin and I’ve been using it for years without any issues. However recently I have an issue where the post/page featured image doesn’t show (blank space) in the widget if it’s below the fold.

This only happens in firefox, other browsers are fine. Here’s an example of what I mean: https://imgur.com/a/mB8VGZr

Do you know what could be causing this? Thank you!

    Hi @sidelancer,

    Thanks for the kind words!

Chances are you’re having this exact same issue (but maybe caused by a different plugin). Have a look at the comment I left there for a workaround.

Hey Hector, I tried disabling lazy loading separately in WPP and Jetpack and in both of them, the problem still remains. I purged cache as well to be sure. Also tried restarting firefox with no addons, so it’s not that either. I also use w3 cache plugin, but the lazy loading there is disabled. Thanks for the help

Well, something is still trying to lazy load WPP’s images ??

WPP's images lazy loaded via JS

You’ll want to have another look at your settings & plugins.

I turned on Ajaxify widget and that seems to work fine. Maybe some issue with W3 cache. Thank you ??

edit: now it works in Firefox but broken in Chrome, lol. I can inspect it in Chrome and it says class=”wpp-thumbnail wpp_featured wpp_cached_thumb lazyload” like in your screenshot, even though the setting is turned off. I’m gonna mess around and try different settings.

Nope, I still see the lazyloaded CSS class being assigned to WPP’s thumbnails on Firefox so it’s not really fixed, the issue is still there ??

Double check that your actually followed the suggestion from earlier and also to have cleared W3TC’s cache afterwards. If the issue persists after that then it might be a good idea to get in touch with your developer and ask them to look into this for you.
