Being redirected to the cart page

Hi
When I click on express checkout, it automatically redirects me to the cart page. This happens if I’m on the checkout page.
I am getting errors about mixed over https
My settings are
Force secure checkout
Force SSL (HTTPS) on the checkout pages (an SSL Certificate is required).Thanks
