Could not find anything in the search for this question…

On our site, 3dprintingtoday.com, we have been asked to remove some 400 posts of curated content linking to a specific URL after curating articles for over two years without an issue. ::SIGH::

Currently, we are having to do this manually. is there a way to remove curated content linking to a specific URL globally?

As we have some 6000 curated articles from across the web, a feature like this would be wonderful to have.

There is nothing in MyCurator that would do that. Curated content becomes just a regular post once you put it on your blog. If you have the article attribution URL in your post, you might be able to write some custom code that would look for the same base/global URL that is embedded in posts and remove them.
