Hi, Sorry I must be missing something simple. I can’t make sense of what I need to do to get a playlist appearing on a page/post.

I watched the YouTube video but can’t reproduce it to learn how to use the Plug-In.

    My website is LordZonka.com

Using the Plug-In I created a Playlist called ‘Mash Ups’ and it’s showing as …

    Permalink: https://lordzonka.com/album/mash-ups/ ?

… but there is no folder called /album/

When I use the shortcode icon to insert the shortcode code, it inserts …

    [sonaar_audioplayer title=”Mash Ups” show_playlist=”true”][/sonaar_audioplayer]

… and I save the Post but if I try to preview it, of course, I get the ‘Page not Found’ message.

If I go to an existing page …

    https://lordzonka.com/dj-mixes/

… and create a new block to receive the shortcode, the shortcode icon does not appear. I put the shortcode in anyway and I get an error message saying …

    No playlist selected

I’m sure the Plug-In works but I’m very confused. Regards, …/John

    Hi John,

Your shortcode is incorrect. You must includes the parameters albums=”XXXX” to tell the player which playlist to loads.

    Instead of doing this:
    [sonaar_audioplayer title=”Mash Ups” show_playlist=”true”][/sonaar_audioplayer]
    do this:
    [sonaar_audioplayer albums=”XXXX” title=”Mash Ups” show_playlist=”true”][/sonaar_audioplayer]
Replace the XXXX by your playlist post ID (see screenshot: https://d.pr/i/00NgXS in this case, it would be 531)

    You are welcome

I have the same problem too. I can’t understand what needs to be done to display a playlist on a page.

I watched the YouTube video, I followed all the steps you need to do, but I can’t reproduce it to learn how to use the plug-in.
    My website is https://www.antonio pisacane.com

Using the plug-in I created a playlist called “Instrumental Music Romantic” and is displayed as …
    Permalink: https://antoniopisacane.com/album/instrumental-music-romantic/

When I use the shortcode icon to enter the shortcode, it inserts …

    [sonaar_audioplayer show_playlist = “true” show_track_market = “true” show_album_market = “true”] [/ sonaar_audioplayer]
… and except the public post, but
if I go to an existing page …
    https://antoniopisacane.com/music/
tells me that no playlist was selected

    Best Regards Antonio
