Hi everyone,
Saying this goes against me;
Plugin writers spend a lot of time toward their plugins and doing so for the greater WordPress community, for free.
Yet, by listing your plugin on the WP repository, you have a certain level of responsibility,
and especially when you sell a premium version of your plugin.I’ve bought a few licenses of WP Filebase Pro over the years; It is truly a great plugin, and a whole heap of work has gone into it.
However, communication from Fabian is non-existent, with the odd surface once every few months.
I have premium support tickets of 6 month and 1 year still not answered.It may be that Fabian has a very good reason, and it may be personal, what ever it may be, I hope that you’re okay Fabian?
Still people should be aware of the level of support they can expect before buying Filebase Pro.
I only wish that there will soon be reason for this thread to be removed.
