    Hi there and welcome to the support forum for GamiPress.

    Firstly, thank you for using GamiPress. We just wanted to provide you with some info about the support we provide via this forum.

    Before posting a new topic

    1. Check our official documentation which covers many issues you may come across when using GamiPress.

    2. Check that you are on the latest version of GamiPress and all add-ons.

    3. Check if issue is not caused by other plugin or your theme by deactivating all non GamiPress add-ons and switching to Twenty Fifteen theme.

    Please note, we cannot support premium add-ons here. If you have a problem with a third party plugin, theme or customisation, please contact the vendor/developer.

    Once you perform those checks, feel free to ask for help. We will be more than happy to assist you.
