    If you need support for the paid version of the plugin or have any kind of questions regarding it, please contact us using the support form.

    It is not permitted to provide support for paid products on www.remarpro.com and therefore we can’t provide any support regarding the paid version on this forum.

  • I posted there..but super frustrating because there is no forum.. just a submit issue so you can’t search issue or track your own…

    Thanks for your feedback. That’s the way it currently works: the free version has this support forum and the paid version includes personal support via the support form.

    When using the personal support you don’t have to reveal any information publicly. Often such information has to be dealt with that can’t be posted in a public forum, such as login credentials or debug data from the site the plugin is used at.
