Before I leave a negative review

I am uninstalling this plugin after I paid for premium. It did not work as I thought it would. I paid for premium because I have over 500 products and I could not test the woocommerce sync and add to cart without the upgrade. Now that I have done that, I do not like how the plugin works. I believed it was a product filter. But its a completely seperate product listing. You cannot create variable products with the Ultimate Product Catalog. And you cannot display products in more than one category. Many of our products are multi-category and variable products. So this plugin does nothing for us.
I tried several different themes and tried several different configurations. But the truth of the matter is, I just don’t like this plugin. Its not what I thought it was and I have no use for it.
I have went with a woocommerce filter plugin and I would like a refund of my purchase price. I have looked all over for some way of contacting Etoile Designs to request a refund. But this seems to be the only way to reach anyone.Thanks for a speedy reply.
