“before footer” and “header” not working

    I’ve tried to add something in “before footer” and “header” but nothing appears despite I’ve activated “entire website” and all user roles. Why this happens? Every plugins and also wordpress are all updated. thanks a lot.

    Hi @salvatore1986,

    What theme are you using? Have you tried the same scenario using a default WordPress theme? If this case is happening only on the theme you are using, then please get in touch with the theme developer and ask them to support this plugin. You can tell them that this plugin is working fine on the default WordPress theme.
