I am following all the simple steps however the plugin does not seem to be working. I have it on DIVI builder and it was very simple to use (thank you for your awesome work by the way), but it is not displaying on my site.

Hello, Thank you for writing. At first look, I think that Jetpack could be interfering with the Before + After Images for Divi. Can you please try to deactivate Jetpack and then let me know if the images display on your website?

Yes let me try that and let you know if it worked. Thanks

Yes it worked!!!! Now let me ask you, do I need that jet pack? Can I reinstall it and without causing issues again?

Great! Jetpack hides images until the user scrolls down on a page. This is called “lazy loading”. Unfortunately, that feature does not work with Before + After Images for Divi at this time.

Yes, you can re-install Jetpack and use Before + After Images for Divi but you must disable the “Lazy Load” feature in Jetpack. To do that, follow these steps:

    1. Navigate to Jetpack → Settings → Writing.
    2. Scroll to the Speed up your site section.
    3. Turn off the Lazy load images option.

    See picture: https://jetpack.com/support/lazy-images/

Hi Art, It has been a few days so I am going to close this ticket. Please feel free to write back if I can help with anything else. I will try to add support for lazy loading to a future release for this plugin.

Hi Art, I made the plugin work better with other plugins such as Jetpack in the latest release of Before + After Images for Divi: version 1.1.0. Now Jetpack’s lazy loading feature will not make the Before/After image invisible, so you can enable the Lazy load images in Jetpack if you wish. Thank you and have a nice day.

Hi Aaron, I have the same problem and yes the lazyload is the issue. Is there any way to restrict the lazy load on a particular page only?

    Thanks!

@peterlanephotography Hi Peter, what plugin are you using for lazyload? Jetpack?

Yes jetpack but it breaks the before after plugin and for now I switched it off and instead using CG cacher provided by the hosting, but jetpack one works better and I wish to use it but to exclude it on a certain page, the one with before and after plugin.

I realised that Jetpack lazyload works much better than CG one but it kills the plugin. Any fix, suggestions please as I need Jetpack lazyload on.

    Thanks
