Before & After Slider not showing on backend

  • A client has contacted me about her Before & After slider not working, she had had an email saying that it couldn’t update the plugin.
    When I went into the backend to check what was happenign I could not find the plugin under the installed list. When I tried to reinstall it a message popped up to say that that folder already existed… but I cannot find it anywhere. Any suggestions on how to resolve this, other than going back to a previous backup.
