    Hi @v0van

    I hope you’re well today!

It should be showing stats (assuming that it’s already at least 24 hours since it was connected). The two most common reasons for the issue are:

    1. In some cases it is necessary to disable the “Automatically detect Measurement ID” checkbox in GA settings and instead put the measurement ID there manually.

Would you, please, give it a try?

It’s a “glitch” in the plugin (only happens in some cases, intermittently) and our developers are aware of it to get it fixed in one of upcoming releases. If manually adding Measurement ID works for you – it’s fine to keep it this way and the stats will be showing up correctly.

    2. Another common issue is related sort of a conflict on site – either code conflict with some other plugin or, quite often, due to some security settings certain API/REST API requests for the plugin are blocked;

So if point 1 doesn’t solve the issue, could you please

    – open browser console (browser webdeveloper tools)
    – visit the “Beehive -> Google Analytics” page
    – and see if there are any errors whatsoever reported in browser console?

If there are – let us know what are they exactly, please.

    Kind regards,
    Adam

    I apologize for the inconvenience.

I then signed into my Google account, and Google prompted me to confirm the actions of the Beehive-Analytics plugin.

I should have signed into your Google account right away!

After that, statistics began to be displayed in the admin panel.

Probably Google is blocking some of the actions (I don’t know why), although before that, in other plugins, I normally connected to my Google account.

The other day my Google account was blocked just because I logged in from a different ip, and I had to “verify” by phone number, or rather attach a phone number to the account. Prior to this, the phone was not attached and I used it for many years.

    RU:

    Я прошу прощения за беспокойство.

Я потом вошол в аккаунт Гугл, и Гугл предложил мне подтвердить действия плагина Beehive-Analytics.

    Hi @v0van

    Hope you are doing fine!

Good to hear you got the statistics displaying in the Panel now. Effectively, it seems Google has increased the security checks for the users accounts. It keeps asking for a second authentication like the phone validation, but the good part about it is the security enforcement against any hacking attempts.

Let us know in case you need additional assistance, the team will be glad to provide further help.

    Kind regards

    Luis
