Becoming concerned

I used to give this a full, glowing 5 star review – I use it on a lot of sites, and it is genuinely one of the easiest, most feature-rich plugins for adding custom post types and custom fields.

However, I am becoming increasingly concerned about the future of CCTM. It hasn’t been updated for almost a year now, and is starting to gather quite a few bugs brought about through changes to WP that they haven’t kept up with, even though the fixes are, on the whole, simple to do and widely known on this support forum and their own.

It’s getting to the stage now that, when I begin a new project, I wonder if I should invest even more time in a plugin that (possibly, but I sincerely hope not) is not going to be kept updated.
