For well over a year I have had the joys of 50+ clients freaking out with nearly every update. EVERY UPDATE? That’s insane.

I’ve already deactivated everyone’s auto update to give MY TEAM a grace period to test the plug in update, prior to taking live, since the authors don’t test extensively enough-just check the other reviews. Once or twice I could shrug off but the number of explanations and rolling back we have to do is cumbersome at this point-especially the reining clients back in to feel safe and telling them that the issue likely won’t happen again. I really did want to keep using it but now I have to find something that works reliably.

Great idea, poor execution/quality control. 1 star because it’s useless if it doesn’t work, reliably. I’ve held off on commenting for over 18 months hoping it’d get better. I liked it that much.
