Become a Vendor – submit doesn′t work

  • Hi,

    I have automatically created page Become a Vendor with shortcode [bp_wcv_bav] but when I click on the submit button, the page loads again, but nothing happens.

    Where is the problem?

    Update:
    After update page with [bp_wcv_bag] in page editor:

    This error will only appear when I use your shortcode.
