…because your IP address is in the local blocklist?

  • How does this happen? I recently tried to post a comment on a WP site and got this message:

    Comment blocked by Spam Free WordPress because your IP address is in the local blocklist, or you forgot to type a comment.

    Can one person report you? I don’t get it cause I hardly ever go to WP blog’s and comment. I did recently go to two and on the second one I got that.

    How does this happen? Only one person report you? If so that seems wrong because people are not always justified. I wasn’t spamming.

  • I guess the blog owner has blocked your IP address on his blog. Try contacting the blog owner.

    I can never remember going to that blog? So it’s just on that one blog?

    yes that is for only one blog and if you see more blogs blocking your comment you need to contact your Internet Service provider.
