“<" became "< " when importing product csv file

Hello,

I am trying to import a product CSV file with an image link in the short description section. The link is something like < img src=”https://…&#8230;.” />. The issues we faced is that after importing the file, the “<” and “>” in the image link become ” & l t ; ” and ” & g t ; “. So instead of showing the image, it shows a string representing the image on the product page.

We are running WordPress version 5.4.1 and Woocommerce version 4.1.0. Is there a way to show the image in the product description by importing a csv file? Thank you!
