• This is almost the perfect plugin … but where it has fallen short is in getting questions and concerns addressed. Yes, I’m a paying customer and filed an inquiry on the “Premium Support” page, but like the three questions I have had here on the free forum, NO response.

    In two cases I figured out workarounds, in the third matter I’m stuck and the client is waiting on this and this alone to launch.

    I do not at all love leaving this kind of review but it does seem to be a bad habit this team has developed. At the time of writing this review there were only about 30% of the issues that have been resolved. (5 of 16) … so if you are considering this plugin you need to know you’re probably “on your own”. And this should be particularly concerning if you are thinking about purchasing the pro version.

    Hi! Firstly, thanks for the review and my apologies for the late replies on our end. We’ve had some issues with notifications of new support threads (Pro version) and I see that your thread fell through the cracks. I’ve replied to you already myself.

    As for the forum support on .org, we do aim to provide a high degree of support here too, but this largely also depends on availability. We’re working on various things right now that has taken our time away from being able to provide free support. Bear in mind though, that this plugin has been freely updated/supported for over 10 years!

    That doesn’t excuse late replies for premium support though, so I hope we can resolve your issue quickly and efficiently now that we’re on it ??
