Beautiful plugin, easy to use.

Chad has put together a very nice plugin. I wanted a member system where local companies could apply to be a member and then have their application manually approved. This plugin does that exactly and even though it allows for additional user fields (the UI for that is wonderful, btw), it is still integrated with the native WordPress user system. Very nice.
