Beautiful plugin, but ads make it only suitable for power users

This was a beautiful plugin. Easy to use, and very functional. I thought I’d already left a review, but as the annoyed developer pointed out — I had forgotten to.

Unfortunately the developer has chosen to add some highly intrusive advertising to the dashboard. I like that they chose to make it a dashboard widget rather than a popup, because AS a power-user, I can easily dismiss it.

For non-power-users, however, the advertisement is alarmist and intrusive. It rearranges the dashboard and is huge.

I worry what else an annoyed developer might choose to add to the plugin in future, and as such will need to remove this plugin from all of my sites.
