Beautiful, Easy and Great Pre-Sales Support

I’m a design noob taking a WordPress class. I’ve done some Joomla stuff, but not too much. I may be new to design, but not to IT. After almost 30 years, I’ve seen enough to know good from bad, and know that “fluff” reviews cause all of us problems.

I selected this plugin because of the looks. I bought it because of its easy to use interface and fantastic support.

If you’ve asked for support for a plugin before, you know that the first answer usually assumes that you are an idiot, and that there can’t possibly be a problem with the product. I was prepared for this when I asked a pre-sales question. Instead, the reply I received (after hours) was courteous, generous and accurate – the hat trick of product support.

I installed the Pro version, and within 3 minutes had a form with the exact color scheme I needed to match my site, and I didn’t have to enter a single line of CSS or any type of code. The template wizard is so easy your grandmother could use it (as long as she could make up her mind what color she wanted!). This isn’t some colors, this is ALL colors. Text, shadows, boxes, gradients – everything.

About 10 minute after that, I have exactly the Contact form I needed. No code, no CSS, no digging under the hood. Clean, clear and simple, just like WordPress plugins should be.
